WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR TRIPS:  Prices for each itinerary are valid up until departure dates as set in individual itineraries. Individual excursions (trips) include round trip airfare from listed point of departure. Also included, unless otherwise noted are arrival and departure taxes, port taxes, and any taxes associated with listed trip offerings. Meals and beverages are included per excursion offering unless otherwise noted (some restrictions apply, see below). For all SCUBA diving excursions, supplied equipment is limited to tanks and weights limited to the set number of dives per day/trip.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: Domestic airfare between customer’s home base and the individual trips domestic point of departure. Any and all costs associated with passports or entry visas, ( as some of our destinations may require an entry visa, clear instruction for obtaining proper visas will be explained from Extreme Dive Adventures (EDA) and will be forwarded in a timely fashion prior to departure. Any and all costs relating to “current” immunization requirements including prescription and non-prescription medications are not included in any form or fashion. Not included are; Required DAN “Travel Insurance” and required DAN “Preferred Plan” dive insurance; personal expenses relating to communication outside the host country; travel insurance; alcohol (unless otherwise noted) or any other personal items; peripheral activities or any other programs not specifically listed on itinerary. Depending on locale, meals may or may not be included, as will be noted on specific itinerary.

GRATUITIES: No gratuities are included in any portion of individual itineraries, and gratuities are subject to the traveler’s personal discretion and are not required in any form or fashion.

RESPOSIBILITIES OF EDA: While traveling, unforeseen changes in itinerary may become necessary. Flights, hotels and other accommodations, and any and all other forms of transportation may be altered due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Extreme Dive Adventures (EDA), its guides, agents or any contracted partners. If needed, EDA and its guides and agents will, within reason, offer similar or upgraded alterations to part or complete itinerary if possible.

RESPOSIBILITY OF THE TRAVELER: The traveler is responsible for any and all costs associated but not limited to personal injury, self inflicted additional costs of any form or type, including loss of any personal items such as camera gear, passport/visa, any form of currency, or personal baggage on any portion of said excursion. EDA will be held harmless and without fault for any disruption of excursion due unforeseen acts of God, including but not limited to terrorist activities, social or labor unrest. Furthermore, EDA, its guides, operators or clients shall not be held responsible in any way for losses or damage relating, but not limited to delays or cancellation due to the mechanical or structural integrity of any forms of transportation, including but not limited to Air travel, trains, powered vehicles, boats etc. The traveler is personably responsible for any and all costs related to personal emergencies, which may disrupt a portion of, or the entire excursion. EDA is not responsible, nor are its guides and agents and will be held harmless for disruption of individuals’ itinerary due to changes in weather conditions, changes in lodging, transportation of all types or travelers’ contraction of disease or sickness or any other form of personal disruption otherwise out of Extreme Dive Adventures control.

PRICES: Extreme Dive Adventures reserves the right, and is at no time under any obligation to supply itemized trip costs for any published excursion or trip.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Extreme Dive Adventures require that all travelers booking any published trip have a valid passport. There may also be visa requirements for specific trips offered. These requirements will be clearly explained to you within a reasonable amount of time prior to departure. It is solely the traveler’s responsibility to retain such documents prior to departure, and EDA, its guides or agents cannot be held responsible for denial of access into any country due to inaccuracies or omissions relating to these required documents.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: All excursions/trips offered by Extreme Dive Travel require a 40% payment at time of booking. Final and full payment of remaining 60% is required within ninety (90) days of planned departure. In the unlikely event Extreme Dive Adventures cancels said trip, a full refund will be issued to the traveler. If the traveler cancels their booking within 120 days of said excursion/trip, Extreme divers will offer a full refund of paid monies, less a $500.00 surcharge. If the traveler cancels their trip for any reason at a time less than 90 days but more than 50 days from planned departure, a 50% refund will be given. If traveler cancels their trip less than 50 days from planned departure, no refund will be offered. We highly suggest that the traveler purchase Travel insurance.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY: Due to the theme and nature of our offered excursions, Extreme divers digitally documents many aspects of any and all excursions offered. We understand that in some cases, travelers may prefer not to have their images displayed in any form or fashion and we respect their privacy. All travelers will be given a waiver of rights concerning images that contain them. This waiver can be either declined or accepted by the traveler, whereby their rights will be respected.

CREDIT CARD SECURE PAYMENT: Extreme Dive Adventures uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to process all orders. Upon booking, you will be directed to a secure site.

TRAVELER AGREEMENT: By booking a trip with Extreme Dive Adventures, I agree to all stipulations previously set forth in this agreement.
